The Holidays will be here before we know it-enter to win a Raggedy Ann Doll below!

Do you remember Raggedy Ann & Raggedy Andy? I had a Raggedy Ann doll when I was young and absolutely loved her! I pulled her out of a set of old boxes the other day and was amazed at how simplistic she was yet she was one of my favorite dolls. To my surprise my daughter also loves her...she actually plays with Raggedy Ann over all her dolls that walk, talk, sing, dance, etc. Isn't it amazing how simplicity never goes out of style? I feel like we need to get back to the basics with our children and nurture their imagination instead of giving them toys that sets the stage for playtime. How imaginative can you be when a doll is talking back and has a preprogrammed dialogue? Lucky for us Aurora has released a variety of the classic Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy rag dolls and Fancy Pals. These dolls are just the right amount of modern while keeping the classic feel-each doll had handmade pieces that include fine facial features and classic yarn loop style hair. The dolls are available in a variety of sizes including 8", 12", 16", and 25" with a starting price point of $10.

Just look at that amazing detail-whichever you choose it is sure to spark imagination and creativity long after the batteries die on the talking, walking, dancing dolls.
Since my daughter is very much into Raggedy Ann we decided to get a Fancy Pals:

She loves to carry her butterfly purse and has made her new Raggedy Ann one of her favorite "tiny dolls". Aurora is set to release four holidays styles later this year including "Chilly Chic" and "Santa's Helper".  All of the items are great for any child ages 18 months and up and will truely be something they can treasure long after teh snow melts.
