Can you believe it already September!

I cannot believe that school is well underway and it is already September! One thing I dread is morning...not one person in my house enjoys waking up for school and it is a constant struggle. Lucky me I also have to get up early now for work and have to force down breakfast and look presentable as well as chase a wild preschooler all over the house. Now I have seen my daughters delicious looking cereal full of sugar and fat and know that I need to start heating better. Now is just a great time to start as any right?   7. I will admit, I generally do not pay attention to the fiber content of my food. I just eat what is in the cupboard. I guess I just assume my wife has it all planned out.

  22. I only get fiber through foods I eat, and even then I am not sure how much i get. I never take dietary supplements.

  23. I pay attention to the foods I eat. I like broccoli and knowing that that has a healthy dose of fiber in it, I'm killing two birds with one stone (fiber and veggie). Also, I like Fiber One bars and Fiber One cereal.
