I only get fiber through foods I eat, and even then I am not sure how much i get. I never take dietary supplements.
ReplyDeleteI pay attention to the foods I eat. I like broccoli and knowing that that has a healthy dose of fiber in it, I'm killing two birds with one stone (fiber and veggie). Also, I like Fiber One bars and Fiber One cereal.
